LU-VE Group in Italy is seeking a Mechanical Designer to support the Alonte plant in VI. The role reports to Plant Technical Manager and is based in Alonte (VI), Italy. You will design innovative mechanical solutions for standard and special machines according to customer needs and manufacturing standards.

You will create detailed drawings, prepare BOMs and work with 3D CAD (Inventor). Experience in HVAC or cooling sectors is preferred, with English at B2 level and strong problem-solving ability

Competenze

• Experience designing standard and special machines.
• Strong 3D CAD skills, preferably Inventor.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and heat exchangers is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP) is a plus.
• Good command of English (B2).

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to support the LUVE Plant in Italy.

In this role, you will report to the Plant Technical Manager and you will be based in Alonte(VI), Italy.

Mission of the role

To design innovative and functional mechanical solutions for standard and special machines based on customer needs and business requirements, ensuring the development of high-quality products that are feasible for production, in compliance with technical and manufacturing standards.

You will be in charge of

• Mechanical design of standard and special machines
• Creation of detailed and assembly drawings for standard and special machines
• Preparation of bills of materials for standard and special machines

Education & Experience we are looking for

• Preferably 1 year of experience in the air conditioning, refrigeration, industrial cooling sectors, or similar industries
• High school diploma (technical – mechanical field) or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (preferably Mechanical Engineering)

Qualifications we are looking for

• Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD (preferably Inventor) and the Office Suite
• Preferable knowledge of thermodynamics principles and heat exchanger sizing, even at a basic level
• Knowledge/use of PLM systems (Teamcenter) and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken – reference level B2)
• Ability to work independently
• Accuracy and punctuality
• Teamworking attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines

The indicative salary range for this position is between 28.000€ and 33.000€ gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority level.
