The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the local Head of Marketing and Communication providing support for the following activities:

• - Support the management of internal and external communication activities
• - Draft, edit, and proofread content for communication materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other client-facing documents
• - Prepare layouts and graphic materials for internal and external communication
• - Support the organization and delivery of corporate events for clients and prospects
• - Maintain and update the event pipeline and tracking tools
• - Monitor and report on the commercial outcomes generated by events
• - Support the commercial network by gathering client information to help shape marketing strategies and action plans
• - Assist with external communication and media relations activities, including press materials, interviews, and press releases
• - Manage non-commercial mass mailings, such as monthly market views and investment updates
• - Coordinate the procurement of branded materials, such as gadgets, stationery, and gifts, in line with Group guidelines
• - Update and manage content for the Italian intranet
