ADMA Partners, an independent financial advisory firm, seeks a Junior Analyst to support M&A and financial advisory transactions. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, mergers and capital raising, coordinating with clients, external advisors, and internal teams to prepare analyses and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Economics/Finance/Engineering, 1 year of M&A related experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent English, and a high school diploma in

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering with a minimum grade of 100/110.
• At least 1 year of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, plus PowerPoint ability.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Italian high school diploma with a grade of at least 90/100.

Mansioni

• support the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
• build and update financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, LBO).
• analyze financial and business data to prepare transaction documents.
• coordinate operational activities related to due diligence processes.
• market research and industry analysis.
