Mundys is seeking an Associate to support M&A initiatives with significant involvement in international transactions. The role focuses on financial analysis, valuation models, and the preparation of transaction materials, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Asset Management teams across Italy and abroad, build financial models, assist in due diligence, and prepare presentations for management and governance bodies.

Competenze

• 2/3 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or related functions.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• Fluent English (C1); knowledge of another language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support M&A projects in Italy and abroad throughout transaction phases.
• Contribute to analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Assist in deal execution by coordinating workstreams and due diligence.
• Review financial data and key drivers to support assessments.
• Prepare financial analyses, business plans, and models.
• Support valuation exercises using different methodologies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal during execution.
• Coordinate data requests with advisors and management teams.
• Prepare presentations and materials for management and governance bodies.
• Assist Legal in reviewing transaction documents (SPA, SHA).
• Analyze capital structure, financing options, and impact of transactions.
• Engage with international stakeholders and multicultural teams.
