Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements, including sales contracts, under supervision of the SVP Legal.
• Managing and negotiating NDAs, MoUs, and LoIs with confidentiality obligations and protection of know-how.
• Providing legal support on IP matters, including licensing, trademarks, and enforcement of IP rights.
• Advising on regulatory and contractual aspects related to EU-funded programs and projects.
• Supporting business stakeholders in identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
