Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a law graduate to join the Legal Affairs Department of the Helicopters Division in Cascina Costa di Samarate. The role involves drafting and negotiating international contracts, managing NDAs and MoUs, and advising on IP and regulatory matters, with international travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements under supervision.
• Manage NDAs, MoUs, and LoIs with confidentiality and know-how protection in mind.
• Provide IP support including licensing, trademarks, and enforcement of IP rights.
• Advise on regulatory and contractual aspects of EU-funded programs and projects.
• Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
