Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a law graduate to join the Legal Affairs Department of the Helicopters Division in Cascina Costa di Samarate. The role involves drafting and negotiating international contracts, managing NDAs and MoUs, and advising on IP and regulatory matters, with international travel flexibility.

The candidate should have a law degree, with admission to the bar preferred, and experience in law firms or corporate legal departments. Hybrid work is offered.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory and contractual aspects of EU-funded programs and projects.
• Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.

Job Description:Within the Legal Affairs Department of the Helicopters Division, we are seeking a Law graduate with professional experience gained in law firms and/or corporate legal departments.Admission to the bar and qualification to practice as an attorney is preferred. The position is based in Cascina Costa di Samarate.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements, including sales contracts, under the supervision of the SVP Legal.Managing and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Letters of Intent (LoIs), with particular attention to confidentiality obligations and the protection of Leonardo Helicopters' know-how.Providing legal support on intellectual property matters, including licensing agreements, trademarks, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.Advising on regulatory and contractual aspects related to European Union-funded programs and projects.Supporting business stakeholders in identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Qualifications: Law Degree and possibly admittance to the barSeniority: Junior/ExpertSoft Skills: flexibility (including availability for international business travel); problem solving; proactive attitudeSeniority:JuniorPrimary Location:IT - Varese - Cascina CostaContract Type:Total Base Pay Range:32K-43KHybrid Working:Hybrid
