illycaffè, founded in Trieste, is seeking a Junior Indirect Procurement Buyer to manage Marketing & Communication spend and lead supplier relations. The role covers supplier accreditation, RFP activities, and contract management to meet savings targets and risk controls.

The candidate will negotiate with suppliers, process POs, track orders, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Finance to ensure value generation. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in procurement and/or marketing, preferably in a structured organization.
• Experience with data analysis and effective use of ERP and business management systems.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation of category-specific supply strategies and lead strategic sourcing activities.
• Develop category expertise in marketing sourcing and understand the supply market.
• Redline and amend contracts; support contracting discussions and process.
• Ensure uninterrupted and efficient flow of services with operational support.
• Assist team lead to ensure compliance with category strategies and sourcing projects.
• Help generate value by organizing supply and selecting the right supplier base.
• Provide manager with KPIs and supplier performance metrics.
• Execute category-specific supplier relationship management strategies; lead cross-functional sourcing projects.
