SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an HRA Specialist to manage employment relationships from hiring to termination, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and accurate payroll processing across various contracts.

The role emphasizes digitising processes and promoting sustainable development practices. Responsibilities include handling documentation, communications required by law, hours and overtime verification, and supporting management with administrative requests while fostering process

Competenze

• 1.01 Prepares and manages all documentation relating to the employment relationship (hiring, transformation, termination)
• 1.02 Carries out the communications formally required by current legislation
• 1.03 Verifies the working hours carried out by employees, accounts for holidays, overtime, in relation to the company rules, to the CCNL applied and to the employment contract stipulated between the parties
• 1.04 Provides for the processing of salaries by producing pay statements and the calculation of the related tax payments
• 1.05 Responds to any administrative requests from the Management or the personnel by accessing the recorded information
• 1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness-efficiency of one's responsibilities
• 1.07 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions to Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
• 1.08 Promotes, adopts, develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
