Stellantis in Italy seeks a proactive Sales Planning Analyst to contribute to EU sales planning and performance monitoring across markets, brands and HQ. You will govern monthly target-setting for registrations, market share and orders, monitor variances, and support EE Commercial Operations with analytics.

The role requires strong data skills, Excel and Power BI experience, and up to 2 years in a relevant field. English fluency is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered data analysis and forecasting tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Govern the monthly target-setting process for registrations, market share, and orders across EU countries.
• Monitor month-to-date actuals against targets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Govern the weekly outlook and pre-actuals processes, including month-end landing estimates.
• Manage relationships with Countries, Brands, Carflow and HQ departments.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting for EE Management.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into sales planning processes.
