Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a motivated Junior Engineering Project Manager to join our Italian team in Casole d’Elsa. The successful candidate will support planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and in line with quality standards.

You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing to deliver customized power solutions while developing your project management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics.
• Up to 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.

The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customized power solutions while developing your technical and project management skills.
