Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a motivated Junior Engineering Project Manager to join our Italian team in Casole d'Elsa. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing, contributing to on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, up to 2 years of related experience, fluent English, strong communication, and a

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics.
• Up to 2 years of engineering, project management, or industrial experience.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other functions to meet milestones.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, and documentation; assist with risk mitigation.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical docs.
• Support communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in engineering changes, technical reviews, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for better execution and cross-functional collaboration.
