Pramac, part of a Generac company, is seeking a Junior Engineering Project Manager in Casole d'Elsa to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

The role develops technical and project management skills, requiring strong organizational and communication abilities, fluency in English, and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics.
• Up to 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other internal functions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
