Job summary

Clara is seeking a Data Scientist to build, deploy, and maintain ML models in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment in Italy.

You will work with SQL, Python, and Git, collaborate with data engineers, and create clear visualizations to support business decisions. This role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced fintech team.

You will participate in data-driven projects across teams and help shape Clara's data strategy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data science experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Git.
• Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with AWS and Databricks.
• Understanding of data science best practices.
• Willingness to research and learn.
• Good English level.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate and maintain machine learning models in a development environment.
• High level of business understanding to tackle problems with the best approach.
• Create simple but informative visualizations to explain work to a broad audience.
• Identify data requirements and needs with the data engineering team.
