VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Junior Copywriter to join the Creative Team. You will work closely with Copywriters and Art Directors, learning the craft from concept to execution across ATL, BTL and digital channels.

You will refine voice, craft messages for diverse audiences, and contribute to brainstorming sessions that shape the creative strategy. English and Italian fluency are essential as you grow in a hybrid Milan-area environment.

Formación

• Passion for advertising, communication and writing.
• Excellent command of Italian and fluent English.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write texts, concepts and creative ideas for ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
• Learn to adapt tone of voice and messages to channels, formats and target audiences.
• Collaborate with Art Directors on campaign development and projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing to the team’s creative strategy.
• Transform insights and ideas into clear, original and engaging content.
• Support the creative team and related project activities.
