VML is looking for a Junior Art Director Intern to join our Milano team. You will collaborate with an Art Director and Copywriter to craft creative ideas and bring campaigns to life.

You will design layouts, moodboards, and visuals while developing strategic thinking and storytelling to elevate brand experiences. A hybrid office setup and a strong portfolio are key.

Competenze

• Portfolio demonstrating your creative approach and ability to translate concepts into visuals.
• Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Solid eye for visual trends across art, design, advertising, fashion and culture.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with an Art Director and Copywriter to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and brand experiences.
• Create layouts, moodboards, and visuals that are cohesive with the brand aesthetic.
• Develop strategic thinking, concept and storytelling to complement execution.

• Sviluppo Creativo: Collaborerai a stretto contatto con Art Director e Copywriter per sviluppare idee innovative che prendano forma in campagne memorabili, attivazioni coinvolgenti ed esperienze capaci di generare un reale impatto ed engagement.

Progettazione Multicanale: Avrai l’opportunità di confrontarti quotidianamente con un’ampia gamma di progetti.

• Visual Design: Darai vita alle idee attraverso la creazione di layout, moodboard, visual, garantendo un’estetica curata e coerente.
• Pensiero Strategico: Svilupperai la capacità di ragionare in termini di concept, insight strategici e storytelling visivo, superando la mera esecuzione per approcciare il processo creativo in modo più olistico.

Cosa cerchiamo in te:

• Attitudine: Curiosità insaziabile, proattività e una grande voglia di metterti in gioco e di imparare.
• Cultura Visiva: Profondo interesse per le tendenze e gli stimoli del mondo creativo: dall’arte al design, dalla pubblicità alla moda, dalla musica alla cultura pop.
• Competenze Tecniche: Buona padronanza della suite Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere e After Effects) in ambiente MacOs, e di Microsoft PowerPoint.

Portfolio: Un portfolio (anche accademico o personale) che sappia comunicare il tuo approccio creativo, la tua visione estetica e la tua capacità di tradurre concetti in visual, oltre alla mera esecuzione tecnica.
