dentsu, at Merkle in Milan, offers a six-month internship for a Junior Consumer Insight Specialist. The role requires a university degree in Communication or Economics, good English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus data interpretation and storytelling abilities

About the Role

As a Junior Consumer Insight Specialist, you will learn how to transform data into actionable insights that help clients identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and purchase journeys at Merkle, a tech company within dentsu, in our Milan office. The team delivers research-based insights that inform effective, insight-led campaigns and messaging, and you will contribute to research project implementation, data review, reporting, and storytelling. This is an internship opportunity.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including questionnaire finalization and testing

Requirements

• University degree in Communication, Economics, or relevant studies

• Good knowledge of English

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

We offer a 6-month internship with a monthly compensation of €800. This is a hybrid position.
