Job summary

KPMG Advisory S.p.A. invites you to join the Digital Learning & Development team in Milan, where you will design and deliver cutting-edge e-learning solutions for national and international clients.

You will create multimedia content, manage platforms, and drive impactful training programs that align with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of e-Learning platform management with Moodle admin side.
• Understanding of Instructional Design principles and editorial process for planning and multimedia development of e-Learning courses.
• Proficiency in main authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva).
• Familiarity with international e-Learning standards (SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004).
• Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, with curiosity and proactivity and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study/work abroad.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and international consultancy services from client needs analysis to co-creation, articulation and delivery of training projects.
• Design and implement digital training programs with engaging content and effective learning messages.
• Create multimedia content (videos, presentations, tutorials, newsletters, manuals, virtual classrooms).
• Customize multimedia content and delivery platforms per client expectations.
• Research and explore innovative e-learning solutions and products in knowledge management.
• Oversee online and classroom training using well-known platforms.
• Analyze data related to online and classroom training.
• Create reporting mechanisms to monitor training progress.
• Provide tutoring and assistance during delivery of training activities on platforms or in classrooms.

You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for major national and international clients, in direct contact with the top management of leading companies.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Management of national and international consultancy services, starting from the analysis of the client's needs and following the entire process of co-creation, articulation, and delivery of the training project;
• Design and implementation of digital training programs: structuring content in an engaging and effective manner for learning, message identification, graphic and communicative design, media selection, and project change management;
• Creation of multimedia content, such as videos, presentations, tutorials, newsletters, brochures, manuals, virtual classrooms, etc;
• Customizationof multimedia content and delivery platforms based on client expectations;
• Research and exploration of innovative solutionsand products in the field of e-learning and knowledge management;
• Management of online and classroom trainingthrough the use of well-known computer platforms;
• Analysis of datarelated to online and classroom training;
• Creation ofreportingmechanisms to monitor the progress of the training process through targeted tracking activities;
• Tutoring and assistanceduring the delivery of training activities, whether conducted on a platform or in a classroom.

• Knowledge of e-Learning platform management, with particular reference to Moodle (admin side);
• Understanding of Instructional Design principles and of the editorial process related to instructional planning and multimedia development of e-Learning courses
• Proficiency in the main authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, etc.);
• Familiarity with the underlying logic of international e-Learning standards (SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004);
• Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity, with a flexible approach and the ability to meet deadlines;
• An excellent knowledge ofMS Office package;
• An excellent knowledge ofEnglish, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
