FifthIngenium is seeking a Junior Communications Specialist to grow our digital channels, craft engaging content, and develop marketing materials using AI tools.

In this role you will produce graphics and videos, manage social media, and write newsletters and blog posts. A hybrid work model and opportunities for development are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related humanities field.
• Experience creating, editing, and producing video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiar with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
• Experience using CMS to update website content.
• Experience managing social media and digital communications.
• Experience using generative AI tools to create written and visual content.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Communications Specialist to join our team and help grow the company’s digital channels, create engaging content, and develop marketing materials using modern digital tools and AI technologies.

Position Objective

Create high-quality content and support the development of the company’s digital channels and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content using modern tools, including AI-powered solutions
• Produce graphic assets and video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and other digital channels
• Write content for email newsletters, the company blog, presentations, and social media
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, contributing to the content calendar, and engaging with the online community
• Develop and update brochures, presentations, and other communication materials
• Update content on corporate websites, prepare and distribute email newsletters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master\'s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or another relevant humanities-related field
• Experience creating, editing, and producing video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Confident working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) to update website content
• Experience managing social media channels and a solid understanding of digital communications
• Experience using generative AI tools to create written and visual content
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, as part of the company\’s written communication is conducted in English
