RINA is seeking a Capital Projects & Sustainable Finance Advisory Junior Project Manager in Genoa, Italy, within the Management Consulting & Sustainability Strategic Projects division. The role focuses on supporting capital-intensive investments from opportunity to delivery and coordinating across financing, policy, and technical perspectives.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in engineering or related fields, 1–3 years of consultancy experience, and fluent Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Industrial or related fields).
• An international double degree is considered a strong plus.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, in a consultancy firm or in a result driven company.
• Knowledge in national/EU funding programmes and policy framework.
• Professional Knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English.
• Professional experience with MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas) and PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations.
• Empathy with Clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, maintaining strong relationships.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a proactive approach.

Mansioni

• Support Clients in the early strategic phase, helping define investment and financing strategies.
• Provide advisory on policy compliance and eligibility criteria of funding programmes.
• Assist Clients in applications for grants, subsidized loans, or blended finance schemes.
• Coordinate proposals and communications with national and European entities.
• Prepare techno‑economic proposals with inputs from internal teams and ensure a consistent value proposition.
• Support participation in European Commission tenders and green transition initiatives.
• Act as an interface across divisions, coordinating PMO activities and risk mitigation.
