Turner & Townsend is seeking a Junior Business Generation Consultant to support tender proposals, events, and marketing communications in Italy. You’ll work closely with the Italian Business Generation & Marketing Manager, gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and international projects.

The role requires 2-3 years in a corporate setting, a degree in Business/Marketing/Communication, and strong Italian and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a corporate role.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Office, specifically in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a keen eye for document quality and visual appeal.
• Eager to grow in an international, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation of tender proposals, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Help coordinate corporate events (internal and external) to strengthen brand awareness, by managing logistics, communications, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Support marketing and communication activities, contributing to content creation for digital channels and media relations.
• Create and update key business development documents, such as corporate presentations, capability statements, and tender materials.
