Ferrero is looking for a Junior Brand Manager Kinder to support the Global Brand Manager in creating a groundbreaking innovation platform. You will help shape product concepts, packaging design, visual identity, and brand positioning while evaluating economics and profitability in close cooperation with Operations.

The role is hybrid in Alba, Italy, with eventual transition to the Luxembourg team as the project progresses.

Competenze

• Support the Global Brand Manager in the development of a new innovation platform.
• Contribute to end-to-end platform construction including packaging development, visual identity, brand positioning, economics and profitability evaluation.
• Prepare the project for the next phase and coordinate with Operations and laboratories.
