Ferrero International S.A. is seeking an IT Digital Assets & Kinder Surprises Applications Specialist to join its Alba, Piedmont IT CoE.

The role focuses on DAM, PDM, and Toys development processes within the PLM domain, with the flexibility for remote work up to two days per week. You will design processes, maintain DAM/Toys applications, and drive the evolution of the DAM and PLM/PDM landscape while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners in an international environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in 2D/3D Digital Assets and Product Development within PLM/PDM domains.
• Proficiency in PLM/PDM solutions; strong SQL, JavaScript and XML knowledge.
• Hands-on with Centric Software and OpenText Media Management; excellent English communication.

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Digital Assets & Kinder Surprises Applications Specialist to join the global Information Technology Marketing and R&D Center of Expertise (CoE).Reporting to the IT CoE Digital Assets and Toys Development Architect, this role operates at Group level and focuses on IT solutions supporting the implementation and adoption of Digital Assets Management (DAM), Product Data Management (PDM), and Toys & Surprises development processes within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.Positioned at the intersection of technology and business, you will contribute to the evolution, maintenance and support of DAM&Toys-related applications, ensuring effective alignment between business needs and IT solutions in an engaging international environment.The position is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for process design, contributing to product innovation processes within the PLM-Toys and Digital Assets domains. You will also support the maintenance, daily support and evolution of DAM&Toys-related applications, helping identify and assess new platforms and solutions.You will oversee the full lifecycle of Digital Assets, Product Development, 2D/3D modeling and printing applications, from implementation and enhancement through to phase-out.In addition, you will ensure IT solutions effectively address business requirements while remaining aligned with Ferrero’s IT strategy, internal standards and quality guidelines.Working on project initiatives within the CoE perimeter, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with application models, architecture guidelines and internal policies. As part of ongoing transformation activities, you will support the evolution of the DAM and PLM/PDM landscape, contributing to the implementation of an integrated IT platform covering DAM&Toys-related domains.You will work on third-level support activities, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder communication, while contributing to the stability and reliability of the applications in scope. You will also collect, analyze and evaluate enhancement requests, supporting the continuous improvement of existing solutions.In your day-to-day activities, you will collaborate with other IT teams, suppliers and external resources across projects and run activities, providing technical expertise and guidance when needed. Finally, you will support the IT CoE Digital Assets and Toys Development Architect in governance activities and ensure alignment across the CoE on the managed domains.

About You:

You hold a master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or a related field, and you have gained previous experience within the 2D/3D Digital Assets and Product Development domains, working on Product Development applications in similar roles, ideally within the FMCG sector.You bring a strong background in PLM and PDM solutions, with expertise in SQL, JavaScript, XML or similar technologies. Hands-on experience with Centric Software and OpenText Media Management is highly valued.You bring analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach, combined with collaborative mindset and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.You feel comfortable working in an international environment and communicate effectively in English.

What We Offer:

The role is classified at Level 1 under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
