STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a Junior SW Design Engineer to join the Software Ecosystem StellarSDK & Benchmarking team. You will contribute to analyzing software components and middleware, benchmarking performance on Stellar products, and developing low level drivers for SoCs in our Automotive MCU family.

You will work with ARM-based platforms, C programming, and RTOS tools, collaborating across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree student in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Development/Integration of low level drivers, middleware, applications, and toolchains. Nice to have.
• Good programming skills in C.
• Good knowledge of ARM based platforms is a plus.
• Experience on RTOS tools such as debuggers, profilers, Static and Dynamic Code checks. Nice to have.
• Skill with HW debuggers (e.g. Segger/J-Link, Lauterbach Trace32, etc…) and other analysis tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development processes, debugging tools, and version control systems such as Git.
• Good written and spoken English.
