Responsibilities

• Work as part of the IPT / TMT team in the Milan office, contributing to client matters in the privacy, technology, media and digital data space.
• Engage in practice-oriented training in an international context and participate in the firm’s training plan.
• Collaborate with professionals who are recognized among the best in their areas of practice, in an international and stimulating working environment.
• Involve in innovative legal issues and provide advice to companies in the digital, technology and telecommunications sectors.

Qualifications

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105 / 110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the IT contracting field, gained in a comparable law firm. Experience in the Technology Media and Digital Data field will be considered a plus.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
