A leading international legal practice in Milan is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a law degree with an excellent academic record, be qualified to practise as a lawyer in Italy, and possess 1-2 years of experience in finance, particularly in real estate finance. Proficiency in English is also essential. This role offers a hybrid working model and a commitment to professional development.

In Italy Osborne Clarke is looking to hire a Junior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Milan.

The ideal candidate:

• has graduated in Law with an excellent academic record. with a final mark of at least 105/110;
• is qualified to practise as a lawyer in Italy;
• has accrued at least one or two years' experience (1-2 PQE) in finance and, preferably, has a track record in real estate finance;
• has an excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Our selection process

If your profile fits we will contact you to arrange a first interview which may be held remotely or in person. If the first interview goes well you will pass to a second stage which will include a short interview in English.
