Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services in Milan seeks a Compliance & AML professional to support the Compliance & AML Manager, collaborate with senior specialists, and ensure ongoing monitoring and assessment of regulatory changes affecting the organization.

You will contribute to monitoring, testing programs, training, and the development of internal regulations, while coordinating with Headquarters and branch management to mitigate regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services and AML/compliance risk.
• Experience in AML tasks and topics is beneficial.
• Ability to assess impact of regulations on processes and departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice on AML, anti-corruption, consumer protection and related laws.
• Monitor regulatory evolutions and conduct Compliance Risk Assessments.
• Establish and conduct testing programs to assess compliance.
• Monitor complaint handling and identify recurring issues and mitigations.
• Collaborate with HQ and departments on controls and risk management.
• Deliver compliance trainings to departments and review internal regulations.
