Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services Italy is seeking a Compliance & AML Manager to support the department and collaborate with the Senior Compliance Specialist. The role focuses on providing regulatory guidance across departments, monitoring regulatory changes, and leading testing programs to ensure adherence to laws on AML, anti-corruption, consumer protection, and related areas.

You will also oversee complaints analysis, maintain security measures, and participate in cross-functional compliance

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of AML and compliance regulations.
Experience with internal control systems and risk management.
Familiarity with consumer protection laws and anti-corruption practices.
Ability to assess regulatory impact on processes.

Responsibilities

Provide regulatory advice to all Departments on AML, anti-corruption, and related matters.
Monitor regulatory evolutions and perform Compliance Risk Assessments.
Establish and conduct testing programs to assess compliance with regulations.
Monitor complaints handling to identify recurring issues and mitigation actions.
Train staff on compliance matters and update internal regulations and policies.
Collaborate with Headquarters on outsourcing, internal control system, and risk management.
Participate in compliance projects as needed.
