Talent Garden in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Junior Accounting on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efforts within the AFC team.

You will help ensure accurate daily processing, month-end closing, banking postings, and reconciliation across suppliers and customers. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in accounting, a finance degree, familiarity with NetSuite ERP, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in AP, AR or general accounting.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Reviewing, verifying, and recording invoices (AP).
• Issuing customer invoices and credit notes, monitoring receivables and collections (AR).
• Reconcile supplier, customer and general ledger accounts.
• Perform daily banking postings and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
