Dahua is looking for an experienced professional in Product Management for the Security surveillance industry. The candidate will conduct market research, formulate pricing strategies, and support sales through customer interaction and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of experience, deep knowledge of security products, and excellent communication skills. Fluent English and the flexibility to travel are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of the Security surveillance industry, including information on competitors and customers.
• Based on different factors, such as the market, the competition, customers and internal strategies, formulate regional price strategies and coordinate with relevant departments to complete the price list.
• Support sales regions with customer visits and develop marketing campaigns.
• Work with R&D on product development to ensure product compatibility and reliability.
• Prepare supporting materials before product release and arrange to upload them to the company’s official website.
• Forecast the first order of a new product, determine inventory level maintenance rules, and prepare for stock, turnover, and inventory clearance.
• Organize and facilitate periodic new product training, from planning and designing to facilitation.
• Design promotion strategy, prepare materials, and execute promotional activities.
• Prepare the promotional package for roadshows and exhibitions.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Minimum ten years of experience in Product Management in the Security surveillance industry.
• Good understanding and knowledge of security surveillance products (CCTV) of top CCTV brands in Italy.
• Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking.
• Flexibility to travel as may be required.
• Experience working and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Support Resources, and customers.
