Job summary

Philip Morris International in Italy invites an ITM Intern to join the ITM team and contribute to projects that support employee growth, leadership development, learning culture, and organizational effectiveness.

This internship offers hands-on experience in performance management, leadership development, reporting, dashboards, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, with a 6-month full-time schedule and a monthly stipend of €900, starting November 2026.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, psychology, or related fields.
• Interest in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Leadership.
• Proficiency in Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI familiarity is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management activities and KPI reporting.
• Assist in leadership development and learning initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
