Dandy is assembling its founding XDR to own the Italy top of funnel from scratch, based in Milan. You will craft messaging, test channels, and build the outbound playbook with senior leadership. This is the first sales hire in the market, shaping the playbook and pipeline for hypergrowth.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, and you will work in-office in Milan to establish the foundation for a scalable sales engine as the company expands globally.

Competenze

• 2+ years of XDR/BDR/SDR experience in a high-growth startup (SaaS preferred).
• Experience launching outbound into new markets or verticals.

Mansioni

• Be the initial contact in a brand-new Italian market and establish the outbound motion.
• Use email, phone, and creative channels to generate prospects and pipeline.
• Build and iterate on the outbound playbook, including sequences and scripts.
• Track activity in Salesforce and help define what success looks like in data.
• Overcome objections, pitch the value proposition, and move prospects forward.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Partner with Account Executives on handoffs and learnings for GTM strategy.
