Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is seeking a motivated mid-career professional to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a SME as Chief Executive Officer within Italy. The role spans a 24-month search with comprehensive support and an incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of track record running/growing businesses in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with defined criteria to generate strong deal flow.
• Lead the acquisition process with support from investment management.
• Assume the CEO role of the acquired business and drive growth.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for performance.
• Grow revenue through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings, brands, and portfolio strategies, implementing improvements.
• Plan market entry where needed and manage efficient, profitable expansion.
