Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an accomplished mid-career executive to partner with us in searching, acquiring and leading a small to mid-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer in Italy.

You will spearhead a 24-month professional search, receive comprehensive support from NCA, and gain an attractive base compensation with vested shares in the acquired company to support your entrepreneurial journey.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience including leadership roles with full P&L responsibility
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship
• Fluent in English and Italian
• M&A experience or strategic growth experience is a plus
• Experience running and growing businesses or business units in Italy

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process to generate deal flow and identify a target to acquire in Italy
• Manage acquisition process with support from Investment Management team
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business
• Proactively develop growth options, long-term strategy and 100-day plans
• Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives
• Review offerings, portfolio strategies and market positioning, implement improvements
• Manage expansions and market entry strategies where required
• Ensure profitability and operational efficiency
