Airbnb is seeking a Senior Market Manager for the Experiences team, remote from Rome, Italy. You will own supply health, quality and growth in Italy, managing professional host accounts and acquiring high‑quality inventory to build a strong market presence.

Expect cross-functional collaboration, data‑driven decisions and regional strategy execution. You will develop localized supply plans, nurture host relationships, and lead strategic initiatives across supply and demand to drive long‑term

Competenze

8+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
2+ years in hospitality/travel is a plus.
Strong time management, prioritization, and pipeline management.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and work with CRM data.

Mansioni

Build and manage hundreds of Professional Host accounts and top-tier relationships.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals in the assigned territory.
Develop scaled strategies for long-tail hosts and regional supply.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, policy, and support teams.
Travel to markets for in-person support and guidance when needed.
Represent Airbnb at meetings and industry conferences in the market.
