Pop Mart Group is seeking an Area Manager to oversee all POP MART stores in Italy, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional customer experience. This hybrid role combines hands-on store management with broader retail operations oversight across the Italian market.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in retail operations, proven leadership for store teams, data-driven decision skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail operations with responsibility over multiple stores.
• Strong leadership with track record in coaching and developing store teams.
• Ability to analyze sales performance, KPIs and financial data; Opex management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of existing and upcoming POP MART stores in Italy to ensure excellence and high service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits and ensure visual standards and compliance.
• Support store openings and provide on-site guidance and best practices; collaborate with Marketing, HR and Supply Chain.
