POP MART ITALY S.R.L. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee all POP MART stores in Italy, ensuring excellent daily operations, sales performance and customer experience. This hybrid role combines hands-on store management with broader retail operations support across Italy.

The candidate will lead store teams, drive KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, HR and Supply Chain to deliver merchandising excellence and growth. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

• 6+ years in retail operations overseeing multiple stores.
• Proven leadership in recruiting and developing store teams.
• Strong business acumen with KPIs, OPEX and cost control.
• Fluency in Italian and English; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all stores in the Italian market.
• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure standards.
• Support store openings and provide on-site guidance.
• Monitor sales trends, KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Lead merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Hire and train store managers and staff.
