Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is expanding its Italian retail network and seeks a hands-on Retail Operations Manager Europe. Based in Italy with remote flexibility, you will lead and develop Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and coordinate openings with partner networks.

You will travel frequently across Italy, analyze KPIs, implement regional strategies, and ensure a consistent Columbia experience at all locations. Fluent Italian and English are required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or multi-site retail leadership role in the Italian market.
• Successful track record managing owned and operated stores, ideally within fashion or outdoor retail.
• Strong experience managing KPIs, store budgets, and action plans to drive sales and profitability.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing Store Managers and retail teams.
• Deep understanding of Italian retail dynamics, customer expectations, and local people-management practices.

Responsibilities
