The Opportunity

This is a foundational role. As our Head Real Estate Broker, you will be leading MAR's brokerage with clients — guiding international buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives, and helping Italian property owners find the right buyer for assets they have spent generations building. You will work directly alongside the founders, with real input into how the business grows.

What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with buyers and sellers across MAR's active portfolio
• Tour clients through assets on a daily basis if required
• Lead clients through the full acquisition or sale process: first showing to notarial deed
• Represent MAR in negotiations with discretion and authority
• Develop and maintain relationships with notaries, lawyers, architects, and local property networks
• Contribute to MAR's off‑market pipeline and sourcing strategy
• Travel with MAR's founders to international markets to meet with clients

Who You Are

• Experienced in brokering high‑value property (minimum of 5 years of brokerage experience)
• Comfortable working with international clients: American, British, French, German, Middle Eastern, Asian
• Based in or willing to relocate to Milan; travel across northern Italian regions required
• Self‑directed, discreet, and genuinely passionate about Italian architecture and property
