Qualifikationen

• Experience in Sales Representative or similar roles in generic pharma industry.
• Strong knowledge of Italian generic pharma market and portfolio.
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with sales orientation and results focus.
• Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication skills.

• Identify and prioritize target pharmacies, groups, and chains within the territory.
• Define and achieve sales, efficiency, and performance objectives for assigned customers.
• Manage customer initiatives within the allocated budget to support business objectives.

• Design and implement customer engagement plans through marketing campaigns, presentations, and training.
