Job summary

DATA4 is seeking an H&S Manager to act as the Italian RSPP and drive the OPS & Fit Out safety program across Data4 sites in Italy. You will collaborate with operations, contractors and clients to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of ISO 45001, and experience managing health and safety on technical sites. Travel in Europe is possible; you will report to the Group H&S Manager and help define best practices.

Qualifications

• Operational health and safety management experience on technical sites.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in H&S roles with safety program implementations.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement H&S policy and programs.
• Lead organizational structure for H&S deployment (committees, KPIs).
• Collaborate with Construction, Fit Out, and OPS teams on interface topics.
• Work with H&S peers in other countries to share best practices.
• Report status to Group H&S Manager and escalate issues.
• Identify risks, assess and implement safety measures per legislation.
• Develop and maintain safety procedures and training programs.
• Lead on-site H&S audits and log findings in JIRA.
• Ensure risk analyses for high-risk activities are completed and integrated into MOPs.
• Manage PPE proposals and evacuation drill planning.
• Support ISO 45001 compliance across group countries.
