Job summary

Warman O'Brien is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join its Oncology Medical Affairs function in Italy. You will own scientific engagement across the Italian market, building relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals while contributing to medical initiatives within a growing pharmaceutical business.

The successful candidate will work closely with Medical Affairs leadership, support RWE activities and ISSs, and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory

Qualifications

2–3 years MSL experience in oncology.
Experience in solid tumours.
PhD/PharmD/MD or equivalent.
Proven engagement with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
Willingness to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and physicians across Italy.
Communicate clinical data and medical information non-promotively.
Gather insights on treatment practices and unmet needs.
Support advisory boards, education programmes, and speaker development.
Contribute to Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs).
Develop national KOL engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs goals.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and cross-functional teams.
Ensure activities comply with regulations and governance.
