Allianz Spa in Milan seeks a Property and Liability Underwriter to develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market. You will report to the Property Team Leader and work closely with the Group to support Mid-Corporate targets and selected agents.

You will manage pricing guidelines, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth, while upholding underwriting discipline and local regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Law required.
• 4-8 years of underwriting profitable Property including PD/BI and Theft & Liability for Corporate Clients.
• Experience with multinational clients preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in an international organization.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market.
• Ensure underwriting authority adherence, pricing guidelines and portfolio steering at local level.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to drive strategies.
• Support product development, acquisition of new business and broker negotiations.
• Maintain underwriting discipline and compliance with corporate governance and local rules.
