Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Milan invites an experienced leader to become Head of Leasing Advisory. You will shape strategy, drive growth and oversee tenant and landlord representation across Italy.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage P&L and set the direction for the leasing advisory business. Based in Milan, the role emphasizes strong networks, client leadership and the delivery of strategic advisory mandates for institutional investors and private owners.

• Proven ability to drive market share and client mandates across a national region.

Mansioni

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: develop and grow the Leasing Advisory business line across Italy.
• Team & Operational Management: lead a national leasing team, manage budget and reporting to global organization.
• Client & Mandate Oversight: oversee landlord and tenant representation mandates for institutional and private clients.
• Representation & Collaboration: act as JLL ambassador and collaborate with other lines.
