The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a motivated intern to join the Indirect Procurement Team in Milan. You will gain hands-on experience in purchasing operations, with a strong focus on data-driven reporting and process optimization.

You will manage ARIBA requests, develop dashboards with Power BI, and support vendor onboarding and contract workflows, while collaborating across categories and teams in a dynamic multinational setting.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian; good communication skills.
• Interest in procurement and sustainability initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the ARIBA platform and related requests (POs, vendors onboarding).
• Maintain and develop reporting dashboards (Power BI, spend analysis, savings tracking, open POs).
• Support finalization of supply contracts and manage DocuSign workflows.
• Contribute to vendor segmentation and performance monitoring (e.g., QBRs).
• Participate in innovation and sustainability initiatives across categories like Gifts & Premiums and Visual Merchandising.
