QVC Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for Italy (Lombardia) to support Italian employee lifecycle and HR operations in a hybrid, part-time role based in Brugherio (MB). You will handle processes, maintain SOPs and assist in local program implementation, ensuring compliant HR delivery.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1) and strong English (B2), plus HR systems experience (Workday; ServiceNow a plus). Competitive Total Rewards and employee discounts are offered.

Competenze

• Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services or related field.
• Fluent Italian (C1) and good English proficiency (B2).
• Strong attention to detail, customer focus, problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and case management systems such as ServiceNow would be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Deliver and support assigned Italian employee lifecycle and workforce administration processes, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery.
• Handle complex cases and high-touch HR activities requiring local expertise, and support resolution of escalated queries that cannot be resolved through self-service or Tier 1 channels.
• Maintain and update local Standard Operating Procedures, People documentation and templates, including employment contracts, letters and FAQs, while supporting knowledge sharing with Shared Services teams.
• Assist in implementing local versions of global, QI and market programmes and policies, partnering with the local People Team on initiatives such as benefit launches, compliance updates, audits and reorganisations.
