Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Market Access to secure and optimize access for our oncology pipeline at the regional level across Italy. You will build strategic relationships with regional payers, health authorities, hospitals, and other influencers to demonstrate medical and economic value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a pharmaceutical role engaging with Regional Health Administrations and related organizations.
• Deep knowledge of the national health system and regional health policies.
• Leadership of relationships with key health stakeholders across regions.
• Demonstrated ability to defend clinical value and economic aspects of therapies.
• Experience launching drugs in regional and hospital markets.
• Experience negotiating pricing, reimbursement, and access with public authorities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60–70% within Italy.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement regional Market Access strategies to secure product access at regional and hospital levels.
• Manage institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations, decision makers, and hospital management.
• Lead regional introductions of Revolution Medicines products and support hospital pharmacies as needed.
• Support negotiations with regional service providers, tenders, and framework agreements.
• Provide guidances for pharmacoeconomic data and budget impact models for sub-national stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with Regional Health Authorities, medical societies, scientific institutions, payers, and patient groups.
• Monitor and communicate changes in health policy and patient access activities to the cross-functional team.
