Greenfield is seeking a Head of Development & Operations - Italy to lead its Italian office in Pisa and coordinate a portfolio of renewable energy, energy storage and data centre projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, accountability and the ability to drive multiple workstreams across land, grid, planning, permitting, design, legal and commercial areas.

• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, real estate development, utilities, data centres or major infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience working with senior management, investors or international partners is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Italian office.
• Manage the Italian team with clear priorities, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Coordinate development of renewable energy, BESS and data centre projects in Italy.
• Oversee progress across land, grid connection, planning and permitting, design, legal and commercial workstreams.
• Ensure coordination among internal teams, consultants and external advisers toward milestones.
• Maintain project programmes, action lists and development priorities.
• Identify delays and risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate relationships with landowners, municipalities, authorities, DSOs/TSOs and partners.
