RWE Renewables Italia S.r.l. is hiring for a full-time, permanent role in Corporate Development / Strategy. Join the Global Project Management Team to shape value creation across onshore wind, solar and battery storage in Italy.

You will influence investment decisions, build financial models, and support Board-level terms while collaborating with an international team. The role offers exposure to multi-million-euro cases, strong governance processes and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in renewable energy, investment, transactions, finance or project management is preferred.
• Italian market experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support project optimisation activities for onshore wind, solar and storage projects under guidance of a Senior GPM.
• Assist in approval processes and investment decision materials for development projects.
• Support Developers with the organisation’s Development Financial Model (DFM) and financial analyses.
• Provide analytical support to project teams, including reporting and capital allocation discussions.
• Help create investment papers for the OPEA Board and participate in governance processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships across departments and with Development Italy leadership.
