You will lead regional strategy and engagement with government stakeholders. You will build a Milan-based catalyst lab, ensure export controls compliance, and partner with ministries, primes, and research institutions to shape long-term growth in Italy.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Italy's aerospace or defense industry.
• Proven track record building and scaling regional operations.
• Established network across Italian defense ecosystems.

• Develop and execute the Aerospace & Defense growth strategy across Italy.
• Align regional initiatives with global semiconductor and subsystem roadmaps.
• Identify priority national defense programs and funding opportunities.
